FIM ASIA ROAD RACING CHAMPIONSHIP
Begun in 1996, the Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) has been bringing Asian motorcycle champions together onto the same platform for the past two decades. Years of evolution has seen the Championship changing with the times.
UMA Racing has been actively supporting the organizers and teams in the ARRC to further solidify brand presence in the South East Asia. Many products from UMA Racing are being used by teams in the underbone 150cc class (UB150) with outstanding performance and results.
UMA Racing is also notably the main sponsor for Maju Motor Racing Team running as UMA Racing Yamaha Maju Motor Asia Team in UB150 category, with rider Md Akid Aziz and Md Haziq Md Fairues, both having and producing good track records. In 2019, UMA Racing has formed a partnership with Yamaha Philippines resulting in UMA Racing Yamaha Philippines Team competing in the UB150 category with UMA Racing providing technical support. A wide range of UMA Racing products is used on the motorcycles of teams, sometimes incorporating prototypes and revisions from UMA Racing R&D team for further testing which significantly improves product development for the consumer market.
